Do you need some additional meals? Grocery items? Or any of our other delicious products? This article tells you how to request additional items.
You can quickly and conveniently request additional product's by raising an 'Additional Product Request' ticket in the Nursery Partner Hub.
If you haven't registered, you can simply self register here by creating a username and email, and we'll attach your account to your nursery.
To create a new 'additional product request' ticket, click the 'create support ticket' button at the top right of the screen and complete the required fields.
It's important to note that this process isn't for amending your orders or increasing your numbers on a permanent basis. The process is designed to help our customers with any last minute requests i.e. an unexpected increase in children staying for lunch or tea, additional rice, cous cous or cereals.
When making a request please include the dish that you would like to request and an alternative. Unfortunately we can't guarantee what we have in our over production stock so we may not be able to fulfil your exact requirement, but please don't worry, one of the team will provide you with a response as to what dishes we have available before sending, so please keep those eyes peeled for an emailed response!
